We went to Ohio for Christmas this year. It was the first time since Isaac was a baby that we went somewhere for Christmas. It was fun to be with family and share the day with them.
I think this picture is so funny! Trying to get Andrew so stay in the picture...
I did get a good one of him. Seriously, could he be ANY cuter?
After Santa came...
Here are some of Andrew's favorites...a dump truck he thought was a ride.
About halfway through the presents Luke and Isaac opened some books. They just stopped right then and there and started reading for about 20 minutes. The rest of us kept opening presents, and they just read. This was possibly my favorite memory of the day.

We didn't get a white Christmas, but a day or two later the snow came. They had so much fun sledding. And yes, those are grocery bags on Isaac's feet. :)

We had a wonderful time spending time with each other and being with Grandma and Papa Erickson and Aunt Emily and Aunt Whitney. We wish we could have seen all of our family, but are grateful for all our blessings and for the opportunity to slow down and focus more on the Savior, from whom all blessings come.

Andrew looks so tall! Stopping to read on Christmas morning - that's my new favorite Christmas memory too. Thanks for sharing it! ;) XOXO
Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas. I love that they stopped to read. Nothing better than a good book!
