It's Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer, and for us, it is the end of our summer vacation. It's been a long and crazy summer, with our move and the kids having three and a half months of vacation. We've had fun this summer, but it's time to go back to school and we are all ready. So here is a quick recap of our summer, in reverse order, since that is how the pictures loaded and I am too lazy to fix it.
We camped at Willard Bay and endured a huge thunderstorm that night.
The kids had a blast swimming in the lake and playing in the mud. We had fun watching them. That is the crazy thing about being a parent is that you can just sit there, but still have fun watching your kids have fun.
We built lots of forts. So. many. forts. (They were starting to drive me crazy.)
We went to Lagoon. Andrew loved the cars, boats, and planes, and was completely terrified of everything else.
We went to the county fair and had fun doing all the free stuff.
We built a city out of tape.
We froze things and broke them out to rescue them.
We played with family.
We LOVED watching the Olympics.
We enjoyed our pass of all passes and went to Tracy Aviary, Seven Peaks, a Bees game, and a Real Salt Lake game. I only got a pic of the Aviary.
We camped again and went on a beautiful hike.
I LOVE this pic of Luke pretending to eat the leaf. What a goof ball.
We did lots of science experiments.
We rested.
This handsome boy was baptized.
We celebrated the 4th of July.
Tyler turned 33.
And we said goodbye to St. Louis. :( Miss you lots!!
I'd say it's been an eventful summer. :)

Not a bad family picture, even the dog sat still!
